Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

We want you to love every purchase from The Ageless IQ Lab. If something is not right, this policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges work. By placing an order on agelessiqlab.com, you agree to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Used or opened skincare products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or partially used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Promotional or clearance items marked final sale

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return request, email us at support@agelessiqlab.com with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the unopened product (if requested)

We will reply with instructions, including the return shipping address and approval details.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer automatic product exchanges. To exchange an item, you must first return it (if eligible). After approval, you can place a new order for the desired item.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at support@agelessiqlab.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider.
  • Verify the refund confirmation email from us.
  • Contact us if the issue continues.
